Bio:
I'm the director of online learning for San Jose State University's School of Information. I work to continually improve teaching and learning in the online environment for faculty members and students. I advocate for the effective use of current and emerging technologies, and I have helped develop and revise courses across multiple disciplines at multiple institutions of higher education . I studied sociology at the University of California Santa Cruz and graduated with honors. I earned a master's degree in education, specific to online teaching and learning, from the California State University East-Bay.
