Hi @AlexanderBeer This is an older message and maybe your student has resolved it by now, but here are some things I would suggest: -Make sure the student is not using an unsupported browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). -Make sure the student is using the most recent update of a supported browser. -Have the student try clearing the cache and browsing history on her/his device.
