This has been a feature request for seven years - can something finally be done about it?  I know there are workarounds, but finding ways to manage rubrics efficiently should be a priority!

I need this, too!  Typing in the parameters of using an external tool each time I create an assignment is not efficient. I would prefer to be able to copy the assignment, including the rubric.

I still have the issue, but I have found that it helps (sometimes) if I exit Canvas and then re-open it before previewing the quiz. Jamin
