I had the same question, but there is a better way to do this than just deleting the series of meetings. I don't think you can do it in Canvas, but if you open the Zoom application and choose the Meetings tab, you can select the recurring meeting you want to edit the time for and choose Edit. [Edit: I should clarify that I'm talking about changing the meeting time for a recurring Zoom meeting created in Canvas.
