Hello, We are a K-12 School District using PS. Is it there a way to stop syncing the elementary schools to Canvas? Canvas is only used at the MS & HS.

All of the sudden our teachers are not seeing the old courses list in the drop down. The only courses showing up for the teacher I am working with is last & current term. She is looking to copy content from older courses. Thank you

We are hosted and our Test instance is LDAP enabled. Is it possible for me to set up a local admin account ? "not LDAP". I am trying to test Azure SSO. I want to make sure I can login as local admin to undo the changes. CSM is trying to sell me support for $750....!

Hi, I am new to k-12 and Canvas. I used to be Sysadmin in Higher ED. Blackboard was our LMS, I had the luxury of having in house PL/SQL developers and a Local SIS "Oracle/Banner" system. With the help of Instructional Technologies, I was able to institute mandatory orientation course for all online students. With Covid-19 and distance learning, I am trying to establish a Canvas mandatory orientation course for all incoming freshmen except I have no PL/SQL skills and SIS is SaaS hosted with Power School. Is anyone doing in the group doing Canvas mandatory orientation course? if yes: - Is it automated process "enrollment" - How can you force it? - How can the course not be skipped? Good morning all, I am new to Canvas as I was Blackboard learn back end admin for last 15 years. Currently I changed jobs from Higher Ed to k-12. my current employer uses canvas for middle/high schools. We have been experiencing a strange behavior since the start of the school year. Students/Faculty have to try several times before they can login. Canvas is hosted and AD is used for authentication. Any suggestion? Thanks
