Hi @annebennion Welcome to the Canvas Community. You ought to be able to 'send to' others in your institution. Free for Teacher allows it also. This may need closer examination by a support agent. Please use the Report a Problem link on the Help menu to ask Canvas Support to investigate (How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?).
