Subject line says it all.

But it seems as though the problem remains in Sent.
Hi James O'Hara...
Not sure what you mean here. Are you sending messages via Canvas to your students and they are not showing up in your "Sent" folder? If this is the case, you might want to reach out to the Help Desk staff at Instructure to see if they can provide some additional help for you. Any message you send via Canvas should appear in your "Sent" view. You can contact the Help Desk by clicking on "Help" at the top right corner of your screen (or the bottom left corner of your screen if your school has moved to the new User Interface). Hope this helps!
To confirm, are you switching to your "Sent" view when in your Canvas inbox? Is this the area you are referring to? Are you always sending messages to your students via Canvas? Or, are you using another e-mail program like Outlook to send messages to your student and then looking for them in Canvas?
Also, I am going to move your subject line to the body of your message and give your topic a new name. This should help people search for your topic should they have similar questions. If the revised subject line doesn't accurately reflect what you are asking, please let me know, and we can make any changes. I hope this is okay with you.
Hi, Chris, Oops, no, I was in Inbox. But it seems as though the problem remains in Sent. Close it for now, and I'll see if I can get more certain about this going forward. I always use Canvas for communicating with students. Ok about changing subject line. Thanks, Jim O'Hara
Sorry for the wording. I should have said, the problem is also apparent when I am in the Sent window/screen.
