What have others done, or plan to do, at the actual time of conversion? I guess I'm just going to schedule it for a super quiet time, like 4am, since I'll have to (1) switch to new UI; (2) fix up the branding; and (3) deploy the needed JS. If someone is using our Canvas instance at that time, this is going to look pretty confusing. Naturally, we will communicate this in advance, but there are always users who don't get the memo.
Any ideas out there for how to avoid these issues?
