1) I have several students who have "attached" documents in the email of Canvas that are not showing up for me- there does not seem to be any attachment and it looks just like a basic message. How can I access these?
2) I have a student who says she submitted an assignment and on her end it says everything is submitted, on my end there seems to be nothing (screen shot below). Is there a setting change that I need to make? Any other ways to problem solve this?
