Redirect not appearing in user menu

I've just setup the redirect tool to redirect to Office 365, i would like it to appear in the user menu (the bar on the left).

 

It just doesn't appear, i've made sure i added the URL at the root level.

 

I also selected the option to add the URL to the account menu, which it then appears correctly in the profile area.
