Please can someone share the support URL that will allow me to raise a ticket about Canvas with Instructure - it seems to be hidden away and I can not locate?
Tom, normally speaking, anyone with access to a Canvas account can open a support case by clicking on the question mark that appears at the lower left of every Canvas screen; by selecting the Report a Problem option, filling out the form, and sending it, you will have started a case. (If you are by chance working in the Legacy UI which will be retired in the next two weeks, you'll find the Help button at the upper right of the scrreen.) If you are not working in a Canvas account, you can start a case by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
