Learner is not receiving the invite email

I recently added two learners to a course, one received the invite but the other one did not receive the invite.  I re-sent the invite and she still was unable to get it.  I then contacted our IT department to see if it was perhaps getting caught in our spam filter...but they could not find any record of it on our servers or any attempt of it being delivered.

 

Any idea as to what might be happening?
