- I feel I am getting spammed. Just because I asked a question here and on and on they come.... Nowhere to unsubscribe. Please help!
click your panda in the top right corner, then click "preferences". From there you can turn off notifications entirely, or disable email for certain classes of messages.
'Panda'? :-). But I found it. Lovely - Thanks!
I can't find any "Panda" in the upper right. Please help. I hate getting all the jiveon spam every time someone is posting something somewhere that I can't find so I can unsubscribe. Thank you.
I'm still getting spammed by jiveon. I get about 50 emails a day from the system. When I look at my Preferences I have everything set for a weekly summary. But it's not doing that. I don't know what to turn off that will stop the deluge without stopping all incoming notifications that I *do* want to see. Is no one else experiencing this problem?
ELIZABETH, we have not had any reports of this. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of your General Preferences screen (click on the dropdown arrow next to your profile photo at the upper right, then on Preferences, and take a screenshot)? Thanks.
Hi, Stefanie Sanders. I already got 30 more in the folder where all these emails are going. I'm wondering if it's because of some sort of subscription that I just can't figure out how to turn off! lol I'm going to delete the folder and see what happens.
Not sure if this is related, but today I received a message from a former employee asking to be unsubscribed from Community emails. 1) is there more email going out that today that it suddenly matters and 2) how can someone who no longer has an active account be unsubscribed?
Okay. I decided to delete the folder and this is what came up. No wonder I was getting so many items in the folder and so quickly!
Oh, interesting... Thanks for sharing. Did you set these RSS feeds up in Outlook or in the community? I believe there is an Outlook/JiveX integration that can be turned on and might have caused them automatically.
Hi, Scott Dennis. I'm glad you said that because I was trying to remember if I did it to myself. Perhaps not. Nevertheless, I think it has stopped now.
