When working of a certification; I had to register twice. I would like to close both accounts. How would I go about doing so, since I did not see that option in my settings.
Juanita, in a situation like this you would need to either contact the Canvas admins at your Institution (or the place that offered the certification) OR contact Canvas Support --> while you're in Canvas click on the Help link (bottom right) and "Report a Problem."
