hi. I am trying to add my cell phone as a notification device. When I do so, the confirmation text from instructure (with a 4 digit code) arrives, but it is blank. Is this happening to anyone else?
First, I apologize that this question has set out here for so long without a response. Were you finally able to add your cell number as a notification device? If not, I would recommend opening a trouble ticket with Canvas Support. This can be done by clicking Help > Report a Problem.
