In testing Canvas Parent we have noticed that past enrollments are showing up in the list of courses.

I believe the only way to remove the Past Enrollments is to actually remove the parent from the Canvas course. I would recommend visiting the K-12 group or the ARCHIVED: Focus Group: Canvas Parent group. They may be able to provide you with more details.
