I have been trying to cross-list courses and now one of my courses has completely disappeared. The de-cross list button is not available. How can I restore my course? These are both manually created courses.
If you've tried the guides Chis suggested and are still having problems, the next thing to do would be to contact Canvas support. To do this go to the course you're having problems with and click on the Help link (bottom left) and "Report a Problem."

I agree with Kona to contact support, or to contact your local Canvas administrator. In our Canvas environment, only top-level admins can perform de-cross-listing due to the way our permissions are set up. Our teachers can perform their own cross-listing, but must seek help for de-cross-listing. It's goofy, but that's the way it is!
