Apologies if this has been asked already. I was unable to find it in the Community.
I have a faculty member who was entered manually into our instance of Canvas initially by her email address and then a second login with her AD login (our official mechanism to use Canvas).
However, for some reason, we are unable to manually enter her SIS ID (which is what we use to manage our users). When we enter her SIS ID, the system does not change anything and there is no error message.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
