PowerSchool and Canvas don't sync new Terms

I've created courses and terms within PowerSchool as well as new users to be populated in Canvas after the overnight update, which is done through a SIS Import API. The system updates users, but its not updating Terms or any other filed within Canvas. Is there any way an Admin can correct this issue or why is this happening?

You will want to reach out to your Customer Success Manager to review your Canvas/PowerSchool sync. Terms should be coming over from PowerSchool. Thanks!
