I want to not use a test that has been graded already. I do want to use the test at the end of the semester. What do I do to not show the scores and to reload the test?
Tamela, if you're using a weighted gradebook, you can place the quiz in an assignment group of its own worth 0% of the grade, then "mute" the quiz so that students will not be able to see the grades. Make sure that you've also adjusted the settings inside the quiz so that students cannot view questions or answers. You'll find more information about this in How do I mute or unmute an assignment in the Gradebook? and the comprehensive documentQuiz Settings to Maximize Security.
You will need to create a new copy of the quiz in order to re-administer it at the end of the semester. There are a few ways to copy a quiz. Personally, I'd import only the quiz into a separate sandbox course, rename it (so that it doesn't overwrite the existing quiz when I bring it back in), and re-import it into my live course to use later on. After you've created that quiz copy, make sure to put it in the appropriate assignment group for grade weighting purposes.
Thank you for your help!
