Having problems with videos in the Canvas mobile app?

We use a video hosting service called for all our course videos, and embed them within Canvas. This has been working fine for quite some time, but as of a couple weeks ago, none of our videos are visible in the Canvas mobile app.


I did a little testing and found that while embeds of public videos from YouTube and Vimeo are still working, embeds from Vzaar or Wistia (another commercial video hosting service) no longer work, whether set as public or private.


I've been talking to Canvas support about this but we haven't been able to find a solution yet. Has anyone else noticed this issue lately? Perhaps if we collect more info on this it will help us find the cause.
