I'm a graduate assistant for a class. We've been using Roll Call for attendance and leave students unmarked when they have an excused absence, but if they're unmarked attendance won't be calculated correctly. The unmarked students also don't show up on the attendance report downloaded to Excel, so I can't use that to calculate attendance either. It there a way to format the report so unmarked students show up for days that attendance was taken? Another issue I have with the report is that it's formatted so all the dates are in one column, which makes it much more difficult to read and use. Is it possible to run the report so that each day is a column and there is only one row per student?
