We have a large online program that hosts regular synchronous "office hours." Many of our instructors teach multiple sections, which means the Conferences tool in Canvas is useless, as it cannot be shared across multiple sections. We are unwilling to combine sections within Canvas. In the past, we've handed out Adobe Connect host licenses to those faculty who have multiple sections, but we'd like an enterprise solution that makes this process much easier.
I've reached out to a few vendors, but I'd like to turn it over to the community to see if anyone else has solved this problem. If so, which vendor did you use ? How did it go ?
