Scheduler removing student appointments?

We have recently set up the scheduler to arrange mock appointments for students.


Our part time year one group used the scheduler fine and we saw the slots filling up. We've gone back to the scheduler today and all the signed up slots have been removed barring one student?


Does anyone know why this might be?

We need to ask the students to re-sign up but do not want to do so until we have an answer.
