What am I doing wrong, I'm trying to login via the iPad app. But I keep getting incorrect username / password.
I am able to login fine on the normal website though.

Have you been able to previously log in to the iPad Canvas app? Also, when you launch the Canvas app for the first time, it asks you to search for your school or input the URL that you normally sign into at your school (example: http://SchoolName.instructure.com). When you search for your school, is it coming up in the search results? If not, then an admin at your school who works with Canvas on a daily basis would need to contact their Customer Success Manager at Instructure to get the mobile app set up for your school.
Also, you may want to reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff. Within your normal web browser, you can click on the "Help" icon on the left side of your Canvas screen, and you should have some options there. Tech support would also be able to help you troubleshoot getting logged in to your Canvas mobile app.

I have not attempted to long in before. This is the first time.
When I search for the school it does not automatically come up. I have to put in the URL then it takes me to the generic canvas log in page.
I will reach out to the school and canvas to see if we can get this resolved.

I wanted to check in with you again. Have you been able to log into your school's instance of Canvas mobile app via your iPad? Did your school get things set up so that people can sign in?
