I have posted 3 emergency help tickets on Canvas due to a quiz issue and have not received a response yet. Where do I go now?
Kimberly, how quickly you get a Help ticket response depends on a number of factors, including whether you are using Canvas as part of your Institution or as a Free for Teacher account. If you use Canvas as part of your Institution then you would want to contact someone at your Institution (Canvas admin, Online Learning, Tech Support, etc) directly about the status of your help ticket. If you are using Canvas as part of a Free for Teacher account, then it could be that your ticket just hasn't been looked at yet. How long has it been since you filed your first help ticket? In addition, if you post your question to the Community (which is where you posted your original question) we can often help trouble-shoot the issue.
