Student Rank?

I have an instructor inquiring about student's ability to see their rank in class. I can't think of way to do this in Canvas. Any suggestions are welcomed.

 @amandataintor ​, the only thing I can think of is a leader board (so some gamification). I did a search in the Community and found the following discussion on different ways this might be possible - Does anyone know how to create a leader board for a course
