Help!  My course disappeared for one of my students.

Hi!  One of my students successfully completed half of my course, but the course has since disappeared from his dashboard.  I thought it was just hidden, so we checked "All Courses" and it is not there.  I tried resending his course invitation and that did not work.  He is still showing up as enrolled on my end.  Any idea what went wrong or how to fix it?
