1. Why am I not able to observe all of my students classes?
Kelly Hisey, there are a few different reasons this could be happening, but it's hard to trouble-shoot this without more information. Are you a teacher, counselor, parent? What more specifically is the situation of why you're trying to access these students classes?
Hi there so sorry, I'm a parent monitoring both of my students.
I'm sure the reason I can't see all the classes has something to do with a setting I just can't figure out how to add the classes that I'm not seeing.

I'm higher ed and haven't worked with parent accounts, so I'm not sure why all of the courses aren't showing up. Have you tried clicking on Courses and "All courses" to see if the courses show up there? I'm going to share this with the K-12 group in the Community to see if they can help, but if you continue to have problems you might want to click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
