Received this question about Conversations from a faculty member today...and I didn't have an answer and couldn't find an answer:
I currently get all student messages that are sent to me through Canvas forwarded to my regular email feed. And, I can respond via email and they will see the answer. However, if I try to attach anything and send it back, they don't get the attachment. Can I fix that? Because now if I need to send an attachment I have to go to Canvas and find the message and reply (and attach things) through that site. Which works fine, but it would be really handy if I could do it through email instead.
