We're experiencing an issue when instructors use computer labs for proctored exams. This issue has occurred multiple times for us. When a couple of dozen or more exams are launched at the same time the students receive a locked error message. The tickets submitted via ServiceCloud include this information.

Tier1 support reports this is an issue because the server was busy at that time. Anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Should we tell instructors Canvas does not support launching multiple instances of a quiz simultaneously?
