I logged into Canvas today and all courses for which I am currently enrolled are no longer there. Has anyone had this problem before?
Hey Charles Dougherty, we wouldn't really be able to troubleshoot enrollment issues at your institution and my default answer would be to contact your college's help desk, but I happened to take a quick Google search and saw this information at your college's website:
The issue with Canvas has been resolved. All Spring 2015 enrollments have been restored and your data should be accessible once again. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to experience issues with Canvas please contact 4ITSupport at 215-496-6000.
Which Canvas are you referring to? Your Institutions Instance of Canvas or something else - like the free Canvas site or Canvas Network courses?
Have you tried clicking the "view all courses" link that comes up when you click the Courses link? After courses are over they stop showing up in your main Courses list and get moved to the View All Courses list.
My institutions Canvas (Community College of Philadelphia). My current courses are no longer showing and they don't end until April 28th. When I click view all courses, all I see are past enrollments, none of which are courses that I'm currently taking.
