I think this is a new problem, but maybe it is covered in the hundreds of posts regarding Turnitin issues. We are using the Turnitin LTI. If a student submits multiple times to a Turnitin Assignment, the SpeedGrader is not displaying the LAST submission in Crocodoc. It shows ALL submissions as being the same, even though timestamps and Originality Report Scores are different and accurate. If you look at the same last submissions from the Turnitin In Box, you see the LAST submission is different. Therefore, the instructors are grading the last submission of the paper using Crocodoc, but it turns out the last submission in the Turnitin InBox is a different paper. Very confused and unhappy faculty result. Has anyone else experienced this, or is this a new issue? It appears Canvas is getting the submissions enough to show a timestamp and originality report but is not getting the correct version of the paper displayed in Crocodoc.
The assignment is set to allow "Resubmissions until Due date"
I have a ticket into Canvas Support and I'll create one for Turnitin also.
Thanks for any ideas about what might be happening.
