I try to import a QTI exam in canvas but it is being queued. What should I do? This is not the first time I import a set of question and it always worked.
Elior Iseli, if you are attempting the import exactly as you have done in the past, but it is being queued without completing, your best course of action would be to initiate a support case with Canvas Support (How do I get help with Canvas?) A support tech will be able to investigate your specific instance and see why the import is going awry.

I keep having this problem sporadically. It would be nice if the solution was shared here.
I have had this a few times and when we have talked to support the answer we get is there are just a lot of imports that day. We have had them take over an hour to get through the queue.
