Every time I select a picture and click "save," the same button continues to say "selecting image" forever.
We sometimes see this happen if the person has home over their per allotment of file storage in Canvas. Have you checked your personal files to see how much space you have left? To do this click on Account and then Files. It will show at the bottom how much space you have left.

To confirm, are you carrying out the directions outlined in this Canvas Guide: How do I add a profile picture in my user account? Also, have you tried using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your primary web browser instead of IE or Edge? Please post an update here so that we can further help troubleshoot with you...thanks!

I have tried google chrome and firefox... google chrome is my primary web browser
I looked on the Canvas Guide one more time... and my image is a JPEG (Which is allowed)
