Canvas is only showing last semester and doesnt show current Inbox items.?? LD
I've never heard of the Inbox only showing one semester worth of conversations and not updating to the current information/semester. Are you sure that you've received messages since the previous semester? Are you using a mobile device or a desktop/laptop computer? Have you tried switching to a different device to see if that makes a difference? I'm also including the guide that shows/explains how to check for unread mail - How do I find my unread messages in Conversations?
If none of these things help and you're still experiencing the problem (and you know you should have new messages), then I would recommend clicking on the Help link in Canvas and Reporting a Problem. This is the best way to get help with issues like this.
