As an Admin how I can enabled profile pictures for everyone including me?
I know I can edit my profile picture in settings, but is not eneable yet...
In our environment, in the main Account Settings screen, you can scroll down to the "Features" category and "User Avatars" is a checkbox that can be checked. If your system doesn't have that box, that may be one of those hidden options that your CSM can enable for you like Roll Call Attendance, the user profiles feature, and possibly many others.
I'm not sure if this totally gets at the question you are asking, but have you looked at this Guide? How do I manage profile pictures for users in an account?
