I also have my classes missing. I submitted a ticket and I am currently on hold and have been for the last 33 min with help desk. Please, I need to finish and send my mid term.

Sorry that your posting has been sitting out here for about a week without anyone replying. I am hopeful that you've been able to find and access your course by now. Normally, I would suggest that you reach out to someone at your school who works in the Online Learning (or similar) department or someone in your Registration department so that they can determine why you may not have access to your course in your school's Canvas environment. They would be the best ones to help troubleshoot this with you. I did search your school's website, and I came across this page which may be of help to you: Edmonds Community College: eLearning. It looks like there are some support options listed there. I hope this information is helpful to you, Nicholas!
Welcome to the Canvas Community, Tiffany It is definitely frustrating, to say the least, to log into Canvas only to find that your courses no longer appear on your dashboard. The first thing I would suggest is to make sure you haven't accidentally logged into a different Canvas account; from your profile, I'm assuming that you would normally access your courses through the URL pittstate.instructure.com, but perhaps you took courses elsewhere at some point and inadvertently clicked on the link to that account. If that's not the issue, I would try using a different browser, particularly if you had been using Internet Explorer or Edge. And if that doesn't resolve the matter, your best course of action will be to get Canvas Support involved by submitting a ticket (How do I get help with Canvas?). Or, I saw this note on the login screen (although it doesn't specifically state that the support line is 24/7):
