Sub Accounts Manual Changes after Automatic Integration

 Hello Community, 


I was hoping that you might be able to assist me. Long story short, we are implementing accounts IDs with our courses CSV file, but there is an area in one department that before the accounts got added to the file, I locked down so that our online team only has access to a particular set of courses. Now, anytime the SIS integration runs it reverts my manual change even if I modify the term the Account of a course is associated with. I have tried running courses.csv with Override UI changes the term sticks, but the Account ID keeps getting reverted. Does anyone have a trick on how I can get past this?
