Screen share difficulty in Conference Tool

I am working with an instructor experiencing some difficulty screen sharing in the conference tool. After we download the screenshare prompt we get stuck.  Does anyone have any guides or help tools they have created. I completely acknowledge this is probably technology knowledge issue and not a Canvas issue.  Thanks for any help!
