I have a quiz on my site that students have taken. They cannot see their scores. There is a symbol instead that says the quiz needs to be regraded due to changes made to the quiz. No changes have been made to the questions, but I did change the availability date. I cannot find a regrade option that does not entail changing the quiz questions. The Canvas "Help" team has been aware of this for more than two weeks and has not responded. So, I have two questions: does anyone know how to fix this grade book problem and is the Canvas team typically this useless?
