I don't know how many others were impacted by the AWS Outage and users unable to access Canvas this past Tuesday, 2/28/17 during this outage, but as an admin, I really appreciate the responsiveness of Canvas Support! The updates allowed me to communicate with faculty and students and keep chaos to a minimum on our side of things. I just have to give them a shout out for their great service and handling of things. Also, a super shout out to the person that used "perniciousness" in one of the emails-that made my day! (see below if you missed it)
"We are also discussing the plans for addressing similar circumstances in the future, though our options are limited due to the perniciousness of this incident; but we are considering all options at this time."
