So...we just experienced a rather catastrophic failure in our enrollments. An incomplete Enrollment file was sent to Canvas, which only had about 25% of our enrollments on it. After significant work, we were able to recover, and it appears we've been able to re-enroll everyone. However, that doesn't include Groups enrollments. So everyone is back in their courses, but not their course's groups. Has anyone else encountered this kind of issue? How did you recover? What safeties have you put into place to prevent this issue?
