I have the students upload assignments in a pdf format. Many submit one pdf for each week, however some submit one pdf for each portion of the assignment. Can I go anywhere and just print out everything uploaded by each student instead of opening each pdf and then printing each separately?

Steve Ourada, I believe your workflow would start with the bulk download Chris Hofer describes. Once you download and unzip the file you should be able to print all of the .pdf files as described on this Microsoft Community discussion: How to print all the files in a folder without opening each one? - Microsoft Community.
That should make for a pretty smooth workflow.
Hi Steve Ourada - It's been a while since we've heard from you! How are you doing with the bulk download and printing of your students' assignments? Were Chris's and Dallas's suggestions helpful, or did you arrive at a solution differently? Either way, please let us know how things are going.

If you'd like, you can use python with PyPDF2 to merge pdfs together. You may have to make a list of the names in the files though. See the link python - Merge PDF files - Stack Overflow

There is this Canvas Guide: How do I download all student submissions for an assignment in the Gradebook? ... but beyond that, I'm not sure you'd be able to do what you are asking. Using that Guide, you'd still have to open up each submitted file to print it off. I am not familiar with any way to somehow combine the files together to print them off at one time, unfortunately. Maybe others have different suggestions.
