On an assignment that is graded as complete/incomplete, any changes to the grade gives a tick next to student name/number in Speedgrader. Is it possible to reverse this and get the dot icon back if you decide the grade is no longer complete?
Hi Kathy Scott - In this case, I assume by "no longer complete" you mean back to the default setting of ungraded, since you mention getting the dot icon back in Speedgrader.
Your drop-down menu should give you that option, up above the Complete score. See the screen capture below:
If for some reason you do not see that, if you head to the Gradebook view itself, simply click on the existing icon a few times. It acts as a toggle between options, and one of which should be completely blank, which when clicked upon will revert it back to the familiar dash icon to indicate it has not been scored.
Hope this helps.
Ken: You beat me! Wow, that was fast!
Ha! I think that may be a first (for me). I know we're both early risers.
Ah brilliant, thanks both Stefanie Sanders and Ken Black. I thought I'd tried that but I must not have updated it properly or something. You're both my hereoes (again!).
Yes, Kathy, this is possible, and here's how to do it:
When I navigated to SpeedGrader, the check mark no longer appeared next to the student's name; it now displays the desired dot.
