My canvas hasn't been working for the past 10 days. It says i need to authorize the account but keeps failing. It only shows up as working on incognito mode, but everything I submit doesn't work. Help??
Katheryn, I'm sorry you're having problems getting into Canvas. Canvas the product has been up and operational during this time, so it's not a problem with Canvas - Canvas Status. Yet, that's not to say that your specific school might be experiencing issues. For that you would need to contact someone at your school. I'm not sure who that is exactly, but I did a quick search and found the following page with contact information - Arrowhead Union High School. In addition, something else you could try (if you haven't already) is logging in on a different computer and/or a different internet browser (try Firefox or Chrome).

people at school and no one knows whats wrong.

Then you would want to tell the tech people at your school to contact Canvas Support to see if they can help. They can do this by clicking the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem - you could do this as well, but you can't get logged in. :-(
As a side note, have they had you try resetting your password and have they tried logging in as you to see if they can replicate the problem?
