I am new to Canvas.  Is there a way that I can handle all communications through the Canvas website?


Can I waive the message forward option and go to some place in Canvas to get the message sent by students through the Help option? And then respond through Canvas?


My concern is that, if Canvas forwards a message to my e-mail, do I then go into to Canvas to respond? And, what happens when I send a message to a student through Canvas that they have sent to Twitter for example?  Will they respond through Twitter? Or, will they need to go back into Canvas to respond to me?
