What is the status of product releases on the FFT server?

I am interested to learn which options are enabled on the FFT server. For example, the upcoming https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-9721-canvas-production-release-notes-2017-04-22 indicate a change to the default home page for new courses and the New Instructor Tutorials. But the notes also state that this option has to be enabled on the Account Settings page by the local admin. Is there a page that lists which server-wide options are enabled on the FFT server?

I apologize that your question has languished here without an answer.  As you have probably determined for yourself by now, we do not maintain publicly facing release notes or a description of what is enabled and what is not in FFT.  In general we will turn on feature flags, etc when they become generally available to most Canvas users.
