I have students that are using Chromebooks(current OS/Browser) that are not able to see images while in the class. I am new to using chromebooks and have looked for browser settings and info in Canvas discussion boards and could not find anything that would help.
Hi Michael Evans -- That's very unfortunate! Can students see the images while off campus on the same device? In either case, I recommend submitting a ticket with support. (How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?) When you hear back, it would be great if you could provide a short update. That way, if others experience the same issue, they have some details about a possible reason as to why it occurs.
