Four days ago (5/15/17), windows 10 did a major update that has caused significant problems (I now have version 1703 OS Build 15063.296). The one relating to Canvas is that my grade book will no longer open in either Firefox or Chrome. All other features appear to work just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the browsers as well as java (this was done to try to solve one of the other problems). When I click on "Grades", I get a series of "Oops! That last request didn't work out" messages and then it just sits and "spins" with no changes. Our Canvas IT folks have investigated without success and I am wondering if 1) anyone on the forum has experienced the same error and 2) if you were able to resolve the issue.
